Announcement of Environmental Protection Standards
In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", protect the ecological environment, safeguard human health, and standardize the monitoring of ecological environment, we have approved six standards such as the "Guidelines for Sampling of Volatile Organic Compounds in Land and Groundwater" for national environmental protection. Standards and release.
The standard name and number are as follows.
I. Guidelines for Sampling of Volatile Organic Compounds in Land and Groundwater (HJ 1019-2019);
2. Soil and Sediment Determination of Petroleum Hydrocarbons (C6-C9) Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography (HJ 1020-2019);
3. Soil and Sediment Determination of Petroleum Hydrocarbons (C10-C40) Gas Chromatography (HJ 1021-2019);
4. Soil and Sediment Determination of Phenoxycarboxylic Acid Pesticides High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HJ 1022-2019);
V. Determination of 47 pesticides such as organophosphates and pyrethroids by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HJ 1023-2019);
6. Soil and sediment Determination of copper, zinc, lead, nickel and chromium Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (HJ 491-2019).
The above standards have been implemented since September 1, 2019 and published by China Environmental Publishing Group. The standard content can be found on the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (kjs.mee.gov.cn/hjbhbz/).
From the date of implementation of the above standards, "Measurement of total chromium in soil by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry" (HJ 491-2009) abolished; "Measurement of soil quality, copper and zinc by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry" (GB/T 17138- 1997) and "Measurement of soil quality nickel by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry" (GB/T 17139-1997) in the implementation of the corresponding environmental quality standards and pollutant emission (control) standards implementation.
